With a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card you can avail of special discounts in medicine fuel, groceries, tuition fees, restaurants and hotel booking, among others.

The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card is a requirement before you avail the loan, so apply for your card the soonest – the good thing about it is the Pag-IBIG loyalty card does not expire hence you don’t need to go thru any card renewal process.

How to Apply for the Pag-IBIG LOYALTY CARD?

Note that this is only available for existing Pag-IBIG Fund Members. If you already have a Pag-IBIG Membership ID Number, here are the steps you need to take:

1 Download the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Application Form from the Pag-IBIG WEBSITE: http://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/

2 Fill out and submit the application form at your nearest Pag-Ibig Branch.

3 Pay the Php 100 card fee.

4 Have your picture be taken.

5 The Pag-IBIG personnel will then validate your information and ask you to sign on a signature pad.

6 Wait for your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card to be delivered which may take anywhere from 15 to 45 days. This is at NO extra charge.

Your company may also initiate the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Enrolment by requesting Pag-IBIG kiosk to be set up right at your office, Pag-IBIG will just then deliver the Loyalty Cards to your work address.
